Types of Dentures
Dentures should not change your appearance. Instead, they should resemble your natural look. Three types of dentures include:
Conventional Dentures: Conventional dentures are fully removable. They are designed and placed after the mouth is fully healed and form a seal with the gums. Partial dentures clasp onto the natural teeth on either side of the gap.
Immediate Dentures: You don’t have to go a day without missing teeth if you utilize immediate dentures. These dentures are placed the same day your remaining teeth are removed. They may require a few adjustments in the future.
Implant Supported Dentures: Partial or complete dentures can be anchored by denture implants, and they provide extra stability to your new smile.
